2.Ordering
The ordering process at ducksan.biz consists of 6 steps.

Product list > shopping cart > purchase > payment > confirmation > completion

You can check the status of your order at the order reference/cancel in the Mymall menu.
Simply type in your ID and password if you ordered an item as a member, or type in the order number and password if you ordered as a non-member.

3.Delivery
You can check the status of delivery through the order/delivery referenceNo menu at the top of the screen.

The delivery charge is waived if you purchase over 300,000won.

You can choose between normal delivery and quick delivery: normal delivery costs 5,000won and quick delivery costs 15,000won.

For overseas delivery, the general rule is to send the product through DHL and collect charge. If you would like to use alternative delivery methods, please consult the administrator.

The products will be delivered to the input address within 2~3 days (4 days at the most) if you settle your purchase using a credit card, and on the day of deposit, if you settle the purchase amount through wire transfer.
Customers will be informed as soon as possible if a delay in delivery is expected due to special reasons such as sellout or lack of stock. Thus, the period of delivery may differ according to each product.

4.Settlement
Our ducksan.biz provides two settlement methods: credit card and wire transfer.
You may choose between credit card and wire transfer to settle the purchase amount, but cannot use both methods simultaneously.

The credit card settlement uses the KSPAY electronic settlement, while wire transfer can be done through PC banking, Internet banking, telebanking, or you may simply send the money through your nearest bank.

Usable local credit cards: All credit cards issued in Korea
Useable international cards: VISA, MASTER, AMEX

▣ The name of the depositor must be identical to the ordering person.

▣ In the case of wire transfer, a receipt will be issued right away to individuals or corporate bodies on request by sending the business registration through e-mail, telephone, or fax.

5.Cancel/Exchange/Refund
This shopping mall abides by the regulated laws to protect the consumers.
You can cancel your order by entering the order/delivery reference at the top menu and by writing to the administrator. The administrator will get back to you after confirmation. If you would like to speak with the person in charge, call DuckSan Co., Ltd. at 82-2-419-1362, FAX: 82-2-420-5067.

In case of wire transfer, the order is automatically cancelled if the money is not deposited within a limited time. If the money has been sent already, it will be returned. In case of credit card settlement, the settlement can be cancelled if the approval can still be canceled. If not, the amount will be transferred to your account.
However, it is impossible to cancel an order if the product has already been delivered.

If there is a problem with the product or if the product is different from what you ordered, it is fully refundable only if you return it within 20 days after receipt. DuckSan Co., Ltd will process all costs.

If you want an exchange or refund on the product that is flawless, it is 100% possible as long as it is within 7 days after receipt. Yet, some cases may require the customer to shoulder the costs incurred in the process. (However, exchange or refund is not applicable to products that have been damaged by mistake or accident by the customer after receipt.)
